From our sustainably farmed vineyard in Bittern we craft our award winning wines, each a true expression of place and our commitment to thoughtful viticulture. These wines celebrate the Mornington Peninsula as one of Australia’s leading regions for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, where a cool maritime climate produces elegant, expressive wines with depth and finesse. ​
We now produce traditional apple cider and apple cider vinegar, produced from both heritage cider apples from Hart’s Farm and more modern varieties from friends’ orchards on the Mornington Peninsula. ​​
We now also produce extra virgin olive oil from Hart's Farm their Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino olive grove consisting of over 1,000 trees. Penny and Graeme planted the classic Tuscan varieties, Frantoio, Pendolino and Leccino (the Mornington Peninsula is a similar latitude to Tuscany). These trees make wonderful high polyphenol extra virgin olive oils and have won multiple awards.
