Bittern Estate outside the cellar door
Cellar Door: Tasting Room

At the Bittern Estate cellar door you'll meet various members of the Zerbe family to conduct personal tastings of our single vineyard wines made by local winemakers and ciders made from traditional apples grown at Hart's Farm.

The fruit is produced on our property in Bittern, which has been in our family since 1959. Originally an orchard, our grape vines were planted in 1995 and the soil is highly renowned for its quality fruit production.

Opening hours are as follows:

Friday to Monday 11am - 5pm

Ensure you arrive or book your tasting at least one hour prior to closing time.

We are closed: Christmas Day & Boxing Day, Good Friday, and on occasion for private events.
