The Perry is (100% pears) made from a mix of Beurre Anjou, Beurre Bosc, Packham, Triumph & Howell, all from our Hart’s Farm orchard. Pale straw in colour, this perry offers aromas of freshly sliced pear, honeysuckle, and spring meadow. The taste is delicate and silky, with gentle bubbles and a natural fruitiness. Hints of vanilla and lemon zest underscore the pear’s juicy, floral character. This cider is a perfect match for spicy Asian dishes or soft goat cheese.
